Bolts
and Receivers -- The Heads-Up System

Bolts & Receivers are one of the fastest & most
effective ways to clamp spiders. Using a pneumatic wrench, the operator can easily tighten
and untighten bolts. The Heads-Up System, incorporated into the bolt/receiver system, uses
a compression spring to lift the bolts free of the receiver when opening the spider. The
bolts can not vibrate back into the receiver nut leaving the spider free and clear to
open.
Untightened bolts are lifted up and are therefore readily
apparent to the operator. An e-clip holds the bolt in the receiver sleeve ensuring that
bolts do not fall out into the oven if the operator should fail to tighten the bolt.
